FREE LONG SLEEVE EVENT SHIRT to all volunteers!
If you are interested in volunteering we would love to have you come and help. Volunteers are needed from 7:10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on event day Thursday, 11/23. Volunteers will help out with registration, water stations, course marshaling, set up and take down. Please email us for more information.
Custom medal awards will be awarded to the top 3 participants male and female overall and top 3 in each age group.
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 & 65+
Tiny Trot finisher award to all Kids Dash participants.
Event will start rain, shine or snow. Event could be delayed due to lightning or other possibly dangerous conditions.
Event is Chip Timed. Your bib contains your timing chip. You must wear your bib on your front across your stomach to be electronically timed.
Course conditions on event day could be variable including the potential for water, ice & snow. It is the participant’s responsibility to take proper caution.
If you ordered your race packet to be mailed to you, it will typically arrive 1 – 4 days before the event. It will be sent to the address you entered in during registration.
All participants are required to sign a waiver to be considered a participant.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is no age limit for the 5k & 8k run. It is the participant’s or participant’s parents responsibility to determine whether they are healthy enough to complete the distance safely.
Walkers with strollers are allowed on course and it is the participant’s responsibility to take proper caution.
Headphones/iPod/mp3 devices are strongly not recommended. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not impair their ability to hear and detect present or potential hazards and dangers.
You can transfer to a different distance within the same race up to 3 days before the event. If you are transferring to a more expensive race you’ll have to pay the difference of the registration fees.
You can transfer your registration/bib # to another participant for $6 up to 3 days before the event.
You can defer your registration to next year’s race or any other All Community Event’s race for $6 up to 17 days before the event. After that, you can still defer for $15 until the day prior to packet pick up. Please send us an e-mail to request a deferment.
You can manage your event shirt size and any other add-ons up to 10 days before the event.
