Picking up someone else’s packet, don’t forget you must bring their signed waiver.

This course is almost entirely on paved streets. Approximately .2 miles of the half marathon and 10K course run through grass.

A finisher medal will be awarded to every participant in the half marathon, 10K, and 3.5 mile.
A winner medal will be awarded to the top 3 participants, male and female, in each age group and overall for both the half marathon, 10K and 3.5 mile.
Participant must be present on event day to receive medals.Age Categories: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
If you do not pick up your medal there will be a $5 fee to have it mailed to you. Post race medal request registration.

Volunteers receive a FREE LONG SLEEVE EVENT SHIRT
If you are interested in volunteering we would love to have you come and help. Volunteers are needed from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on race day. Volunteers can help out with registration, water stations, course marshaling, set up and take down. Please email us to volunteer.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Reserve Deputy Unit will be on-site collecting non-perishable foods items at the event. Please bring non-perishable food items on event day to donate.

Runners and walkers can participate in this event. See schedule above for the time limit.
This event will be chip timed. Participants wear a timing chip integrated with their bib number that starts their individual time when they cross the start line and stops it when they cross the finish line.
Participant gear must be picked up at pre-event packet pick up or on event day. If you do not pick up your participant gear there will be a fee to have it mailed to you. Post race shirt request link.
If you ordered your race packet to be mailed to you, it will typically arrive 1 – 4 days before the event. It will be sent to the address you entered in during registration. If your package does not arrive before the event day, please come to packet pick up or the event site where you will be re-assigned your bib and gear.
Headphones/iPod/mp3 devices are allowed, though are strongly not recommended. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not impair their ability to hear and detect present or potential hazards and dangers.
If at any time you are in need of assistance throughout the event please notify a volunteer or course monitor.
All participants are required to sign a waiver.
Dogs are not allowed on the course.
No strollers are allowed.
Water stations include water and sports drink.
The event will start rain, snow or shine. The event could be delayed due to lightning or other dangerous conditions. The above schedule is weather dependent.
You can transfer to a different distance within the same race up to 3 days before the event. If you are transferring to a more expensive race you’ll have to pay the difference of the registration fees.
You can transfer your registration/bib # to another participant for $6 up to 3 days before the event.
You can defer your registration to next year’s race or any other All Community Event’s race for $6 up to 17 days before the event. After that, you can still defer for $15 until the day prior to packet pick up. Please send us an e-mail to request a deferment.
You can manage your event shirt size and any other add-ons up to 10 days before the event.
