Picking up someone else’s packet, don’t forget you must bring their signed waiver.

Awards will be awarded to the top 3 participants, male and female in each age group and overall for the Half Marathon & 10K.
Age groups: 14 & under, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+
Volunteers receive a FREE LONG SLEEVE EVENT SHIRT
If you are interested in volunteering we would love to have you come and help. Volunteers are needed from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on race day. Volunteers can help out with registration, water stations, course marshaling, set up and take down. Please email us to volunteer.
Donate as a large group and we will donate to your group/organization. Please e-mail us for more details.
Runners and walkers can participate in this event. See schedule for time limit.
This event will be chip timed. Participants wear a timing chip integrated with their bib number that starts their individual time when they cross the start line and stops it when they cross the finish line.
Packet pick up is a time and place where participants can go to pick up their event shirt and bib number. Participants must pick up their packet and sign the event waiver in order to be considered part of the event.
If you ordered your race packet to be mailed to you, it will typically arrive 1 – 4 days before the event. It will be sent to the address you entered in during registration.
Headphones/iPod/mp3 devices are allowed though are strongly not recommended. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not impair their ability to hear and detect present or potential hazards and dangers.
If at anytime you are in need of assistance throughout the event please notify a volunteer or course monitor.
All participants are required to sign a waiver.
Dogs are not allowed on the course.
No strollers are allowed.
The event will start rain, snow or shine. The event could be delayed due to lightning or other dangerous conditions. The above schedule is weather dependent.
You can transfer to a different distance within the same race up to 3 days before the event. If you are transferring to a more expensive race you’ll have to pay the difference of the registration fees.
You can transfer your registration/bib # to another participant for $6 up to 3 days before the event.
You can defer your registration to next year’s race or any other All Community Event’s race for $6 up to 17 days before the event. After that, you can still defer for $15 until the day prior to packet pick up. Please send us an e-mail to request a deferment.
You can manage your event shirt size and any other add-ons up to 10 days before the event.
