Parking: Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the race to park your vehicle and walk to the start line. If you arrive less than 30 minutes early, it is likely you will miss the start of the race.

Join in the excitement as a volunteer. All volunteers receive a free event shirt for volunteering. Volunteers will help at water stations, participant check-in, course marshaling and many other places.

You can transfer to RUN A DIFFERENT DISTANCE within the same race up to 3 days before the run. If you are transferring to a more expensive race you’ll have to pay the difference of the registration fees. This can be managed on your Run Sign Up profile.
You can DEFER/TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION to next year’s race or any other All Community Events race for $15 up to 3 days before the run. This can be managed on your Run Sign Up profile.
You canCHANGE YOUR SHIRT SIZE and any other add-ons up to 3 days before the race day. This can be managed on your Run Sign Up profile.
You can transfer your registration/bib # to another participant for $6 up to 3 days before the run. This can be managed on your Run Sign Up profile.

VIRTUAL RUN FAQs
Your gear will typically arrive 1 – 4 days before the race day. It will be sent to the address you entered during registration.
To submit your virtual run results, click on this year’s results link in the “RESULTS, RECORD TIMES, AWARDS & PHOTOS” accordion above. Then, click the virtual run tab and enter your result.
All WATER STATIONS include water and Half Marathon water stations include water and sports drink.
There will be a GEAR CHECK on the event site. Participants must use a clear bag provided.
If you ordered your RACE PACKET TO BE MAILED TO YOUor signed up for the virtual run, your gear will typically arrive 1 – 4 days before the race day. It will be sent to the address you entered in during registration. If your package does not arrive before the race day, please come to packet pick up or the race site where you will be re-assigned your bib and gear.
Participant gear must be picked up at pre-packet pickup or mailed to you. If you do not pick up your participant gear there will be a fee to have it mailed to you.Post-race shirt request link.
Headphones/iPod/mp3 devices are allowed, though are strongly not recommended. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not impair their ability to hear and detect present or potential hazards and dangers.

If at any time you are in need of assistance throughout the run please notify a volunteer or course monitor.
All participants are required to sign an online waiver.
No Dogs. Strollers are allowed for walkers & joggers only and the parent/guardian must sign a waiver on behalf of their child(ren) in the stroller.
This run will be chip timed. Participants wear a timing chip integrated with their bib number that starts their individual time when they cross the start line and stops it when they cross the finish line.
The run will start rain, snow or shine. The run could be delayed due to lightning or other dangerous conditions. The above schedule is weather-dependent.
